I'm a community-oriented builder and investor based on Martha's Vineyard. My work sits at the intersection of technology, real estate development, and local economic stewardship — guided by the belief that the strongest communities are built by the people who live in them.
As a technologist, I bring systems thinking and modern tools to traditional challenges: housing, land conservation, and small business growth. As an investor, I put capital behind the local entrepreneurs and ventures that strengthen the fabric of island life.
The name Oraivi — "where roots solidify" — reflects a philosophy: that lasting value comes from deep connection to place, people, and purpose.
